Project Overview
The Station on Main is a mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Edwardsville, Illinois, at the former public safety site on North Main Street. The project brings together residential, office, retail, and restaurant uses while reusing part of the former police and fire complex.
Hearth’s Role
Hearth provided construction and financial oversight, bringing an owner’s perspective to the construction process. The team monitored progress, coordinated project needs, and addressed challenges as they arose.
Hearth also tracked the project budget and construction costs, monitored expenditures against budget, and helped identify cost issues throughout the work.
