Project Overview

The Edwin is a completed mixed-use development in the Steelcote Square district of Midtown St. Louis, Missouri. It opened in 2023 and combines apartments, retail anchored by Target, and parking.

Hearth’s Role

Hearth served as construction manager for owner Pier Property Group. Holland Construction Services was the general contractor, and Arcturis was the architect of record.
