Project Overview
Expo at Forest Park is a completed mixed-use development near Forest Park in St. Louis, Missouri, with 287 apartments and approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space.
The north building welcomed residents in August 2022, and the south building opened in November 2022.
Hearth’s Role
Hearth served as the owner’s representative for Fireside Financial alongside owner Tegethoff Development. Brinkmann Constructors was the general contractor, and Trivers was the architect of record.
