Hearth Construction Management has officially completed the Accomack Storage project located in Louisville, KY. Accomack Storage is a climate controlled, three-story, 123,000 square feet, and 906-unit self-storage facility. Hearth Construction was hired by Fireside Financial to manage the Accomack storage project, Fireside Financials first ground up self-storage project in the industry. The project started in the fall of 2017 with the completion of construction January 2019. The Hearth team successfully kept this project ahead of schedule and under budget.
