Mill Creek Flats is a completed six-story mixed-use development in Midtown St. Louis, Missouri, with 105 apartments and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space.

Hearth’s Role

Hearth served as construction manager for owner Pier Property Group. Holland Construction Services was the general contractor, and Trivers was the architect of record.
