One of our favorite jobs is taking an outdated living community and bringing fresh life to it. We took the bland, outdated design of The Groves community and changed the look. We added new windows, patio doors, siding, soffit, gutters, and downspouts to every building in the complex. We also partnered with the owners and picked fresh, updated colors. Not only did it make the complex more visually appealing, it also allowed the property to have less maintenance on their buildings.
