The Edwin is a mixed-use new construction development in St. Louis, Missouri near SLU campus. The project will include a 70,000 sqft Target store and 196 luxury apartments. The parking garage will have 200 spaces in tandem with 140 spaces on the surface lot. Construction duration is estimated at 20 months.
