Summit at West Pryor is a mixed-use market rate development located in Lee Summit, Missouri. This 250-unit new construction project will boast 15,000 sqft of retail and restaurant space. Construction completed in May 2021. The General Contractor for this project was Brinkmann Constructors. The Architect of Record was TR,I Architects. Hearth Construction Management served as the Owner’s Representative alongside Fireside Financial and Owner, Tegethoff Development.
