Power 202 is an industrial complex development consisting of 3 building locations. The project is in Mesa, Arizona and contains 330,448 sqft of space. Construction completion of the buildings is expected in January 2022. Hearth looks forward to expanding our geographic reach to Arizona and assisting with this type of development. The General Contractor for this project is Brinkmann Constructors and the Architect of Record is McCall & Associates Architects. Hearth will aid the Owner, Bird Dog Industrial, with construction management oversight.
