Mill Creek Flats is a mixed-use new construction development located in St. Louis, Missouri. The six-story building will include 105 apartments and 10,000 sqft of retail space. The building is currently under construction with an estimated completion date in March 2022. The General Contractor for this project is Holland Construction Services and the Architect of Record is Trivers. Hearth will serve as the Construction Manager for the project under the Owner Pier Property Group.
