Expo at Forest Park is a mixed-use market rate development located near Forest Park in St. Louis, Missouri. This new construction project will consist of 287 apartments and approximately 30,000 sqft of retail within the two buildings. The North Building is scheduled to be completed in August 2022 and the South Building will wrap up shortly thereafter in September 2022. The General Contractor for this project is Brinkmann Constructors, and the Architect of Record is Trivers. Hearth is serving as the Owners’ Representative for Fireside Financial alongside Owner, Tegethoff Development.
