Flats at Dorsett Ridge is a residential market rate apartment complex with 218 units. This new construction development is in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Construction completion occurred in December 2021 and the building has now started leasing up. The General Contractor for this project is Holland Construction Services, and the Architect of Record is Fitzgerald Associates Architects. Hearth is serving as the Owner’s Representative for Fireside Financial alongside Owner, Pier Property Group.
